UFC 217 is stacking up to be one of the greatest cards of the year. Earlier this week, the UFC has added a third title fight fans won’t want to miss.

On Tuesday via FOX Sports, UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk announced she will put her belt on the line at UFC 217 against No.3 ranked strawweight contender Rose Namajunas. A fight fans have wanted for a very long time.

Jedrzejczyk, 30, will attempt to tie Ronda Rousey’s dominant record of consecutive title defenses (six). The Swedish mixed martial artist now holds impressive wins over Jessica Andrade, Karolina Kowalkiewicz, Claudia Gadelha, Valerie Letourneau and Jessica Penne.

Namajunas has been a favorite of Dana White, who once stated she will be the “next Ronda Rousey.” Following a loss to Karolina Kowalkiewicz by decision in July 2016, Namajunas picked up a win over Michelle Waterson by rear-naked choke earlier this year. Rose has proven to be a consistent fighter with wins over Tecia Torres, Paige VanZant, and Angela Hill.

UFC 217 will be headlined by Bisping vs. St-Pierre for the middleweight championship. Cody Garbrandt will also try to defend his belt against T.J. Dillashaw in the co-main event.
