Apparently, there’s a download issue that Microsoft has fixed for most people. However, if you encounter it tomorrow, there’s a simple solution you can follow.

Microsoft’s advice is to delete the game and redownload it. Not an ideal solution since download speeds can be slow in some areas, but it seems to work if you have the patience.
