When Taunting Goes Completely Wrong In MMA [VIDEO]

If you’re a fighter and you’re in the taunting business like Anderson Silva or Nick Diaz, but you lack experience and skill inside the cage, you better prepare yourself for bad consequences. Because even the guys who taunt the best usually make a mistake at one point in their career. Take Silva for example; when he faced Chris Weidman for the first time at UFC 162, over taunting got him knocked out and worse, it cost him the UFC middleweight belt.

Respect is key and you should always consider it, even if you feel like showboating in front of your fans at times. To see some of the worst taunts in the history of MMA, watch the video compilation above.
