Ex_Machina is an upcoming sci-fi thriller and directorial debut of Alex Garland, the writer of 28 Days Later, Sunshine, and Dredd.
It’s a provocative film that was just acquired by A24 for rights to distribute it in the United States. This means U.S. audiences will be exposed to the films experiment with Eva, a breathtaking A.I. whose emotional intelligence proves more sophisticated, seductive––and more deceptive––than the man who created her and the lucky test subject could have ever imagined.
The first official teaser trailer for Ex_Machina was just revealed, including the ‘’coming soon’’ poster right above. A24 will release the film on April 10, 2015.
