Last Halloween, we shared a batch of rare stills from Friday the 13th Part III, which revealed an alternate ending for the 1982 slasher film. In this ending, Chris Higgins didn’t survive Jason’s killing spree. Her head got decapitated by Jason rather than being dragged under water by Pamela Voorhees in the Lake. It’s a gruesome alternate ending that I’m sure horror hounds got to really appreciate.
Now, we have another batch of photos, courtesy of Fridaythe13thFranchise.com, that are equally impressive and reveal a rare behind-the-scenes look at the making of Part III. Richard Brooker, who plays Jason in the third installment, is seen reading a newspaper in full costume moments before filming his final death scene.
