UFC veteran and MMA legend Dan Henderson will meet Vitor Belfort inside the Octagon for a trilogy fight at UFN 77, but ahead of their epic MMA collision, Henderson received a very special visit five days before his UFC fight. And no, it wasn’t from Belfort!
On Monday night when Henderson returned to his hotel room after a late dinner, he discovered a random drunk guy sleeping on the couch. A completely bizarre moment, which required Henderson and his team to carry the poor soul out of the room because the man was too drunk.
Gustavo Pugliese, Henderson’s coach told MMAFighting.com on Tuesday,
A drunk guest entered the room because the door didn’t lock when we left. He wouldn’t wake up even when we poked him, so we called security. He eventually woke up, but had no idea what was happening. He was so drunk they had to carry him out or he’d fell on the ground.
Let’s hope the man returned to his room safe and sound. As for UFN 77, the event takes place on November 7, 2015 at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera in São Paulo, Brazil. Stay tuned to Yell! Magazine for the weigh-ins on Friday.
