If you didn’t like clowns before, you’re gonna fucking hate them now! (Note: I hate clowns.)
After a clown can’t show up to his son’s birthday party, a loving father finds a clown suit to dress up in for his son’s birthday party, only to realize the suit is part of an evil curse that turns its wearer into a killer clown.
After already having a theatrical release in the UK and Italy, there’s no word yet on a U.S. screen date. I guess we’re too sissy for such a freaktastic concept. But, Clown is bound to be a cult classic, and it’s roots are the stuff of legend; a fake trailer for Clown naming as producer showed up online about five years ago. Now the movie is real and Eli Roth does, in fact, have a producing credit.
Despite my deep hatred for clowns, even I can see that this movie needs a U.S. theatrical release. What do you think of the new trailer?
