Step into the life of Canadian mixed martial artist Rory MacDonald as he prepares to meet Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner Jonathan “J.T.” Torres on the mat in a 20-minute, submission-only, no gi contest at Metamoris 5, on November 22nd.
In the video above, you’ll get a glimpse at MacDonald training his grappling and jiu-jitsu techniques with his long-time coach, Firas Zahabi, at the Tristar Gym in Montreal. In addition, you also get to see MacDonald have fun with Zahabi on his motocross in the back woods of Canada.
