STATIC is a completely new web series that is part of Jay Z’s Life + Times digital hub, which focuses on art, sports, fashion, and culture. STATIC will only cover the biggest rivalries in the sport of MMA. The very first episode already aired and gave us an inside look at the clash between former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva and Chael Sonnen.
Today, the second episode of STATIC is now available for your viewing pleasure, which features the beef between Stockton bad boy Nick Diaz and Jason “Mayhem” Miller. A fight that never came to fruition, but if the episode gets enough attention, then maybe both fighters will come out of retirement to settle their score inside the cage once and for all.
Anderson Silva is the executive producer of the web series alongside his long-time manager Ed Soares. The next episode is expected to drop on June 16th.
