Wow! The tables have took an unexpected turn in regard to Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and the Xbox 360 console.
Konami recently announced via its website that MGR will be canceled for the Xbox 360 in Japan because of “various reasons” that have not yet been disclosed. Fortunately, MGR still remains on schedule for a February release on all the consoles in North America and Europe, according to Eurogamer. Apparently, the Xbox 360 has not been a best-seller, and has been regularly ranked the lowest in terms of sales in Japan. Though, this might not be one of the reasons for the cancellation.
Based on information above, I’m sure we won’t see an uprising anytime soon in Japan because of this, but maybe a few severed finger tips will be collected to say the least.
