Kerry King, the legendary heavy metal guitarist and co-founder of Slayer turned 50 yesterday. We would like to celebrate the man’s birthday with one of the best songs he ever wrote. You heard it many times before – in your mom’s basement, after a pathetic break up, and you definitely moshed to it in the pit. It’s called “War Zone” and it’s from Slayer’s eighth studio album, God Hates Us All.
It’s a beast, so kick back in your chair and enjoy it again to King’s 50th birthday.
