Anaal Nathrakh Announce November 2014 Tour Dates

In addition to releasing the wicked new title track, “Desideratum,” from their forthcoming album, extreme metal band Anaal Nathrakh have announced a string of upcoming tour dates in November 2014. See the list of dates below, plus their late October dates.

If you want more from Desideratum, check out “Monstrum In Animo” at decibelmagazine.com. And yet, there’s still the album’s first single to crush your brain:

More About Anaal Nathrakh:

Named, “one of the best bands out there when it comes to evoking horror and terror… a master class in extreme metal,” by MetalSucks, “a thrill ride of horrors,” by Pitchfork and the, “soundtrack to our demise,” by PopMatters, Anaal Nathrakh — Kenney alongside vocalist David Hunt, aka, V.I.T.R.I.O.L. — exists for one purpose: to replicate the sounds of true evil. Forged in fury in 1999, the duo has gained a reputation for expressing precisely that. With both screaming banshee and traditional vocals set against an impenetrable wall of controlled chaos, what Anaal Nathrakh manifests is plainly terrifying.

Their winding resume includes not only the release of seven critically lauded long-players and an EP but collaborations with such legendary talents as Attila Csihar (Mayhem), Shane Embury and Danny Herrera (Napalm Death), Nick Barker (Testament, Dimmu Borgir), Joe Horvath (Circle Of Dead Children), Sethlans Teitan (Watain) and more.

Combined with rankings among “best album of the year” polls and “album of the month” in the press and cover appearances on revered magazines such as Terrorizer, Anaal Nathrakh’s position as one of the leading lights in extreme metal is irrefutable. Hallmarked by pulverizing musical dexterity, ingenuity, and breadth, married with mercurial, intensely misanthropic and sharp intelligence, Anaal Nathrakh’s sound is imbued with a palpable sense of menace that is virtually unmatched in the metal world.

30th (UK) MILTON KEYNES – The Crauford Arms
31st (UK) GLOUCESTER – Olympus Theatre
