Formed in 1974, in Newcastle Upon Tyne in North East England, by brothers John and Mark Gallagher, Raven has been an influential New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) band. In fact, Raven took both Metallica and Anthrax on their first tours. Today, in honor of AC/DC‘s legendary Bon Scott’s death anniversary, Raven has released a short snippet of their new song, “Thunder Down Under.” Go check out the song at soundcloud.com and let us know what you think.
