Fuck Jean-Claude Van Damme, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, super police detective Kung Fury is better than all of them combined. Okay, so I might be exaggerating here a bit because Ahhnold is really the all-time best of ’80s action films. Anyhow, Kung Fury is pretty damn cool and is a very convincing homage to ’80s martial arts and police action films. It’s probably the best one of this genre to come out this year, now you can enjoy its entirety online.
Kung Fury was written, directed by, and stars David Sandberg,. The film was a success in the Directors’ Fortnight section at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
