The official trailer for writer/director Eric Blue’s Beacon Point was revealed last December. If you watched it, you may have drawn comparisons to Scott Smith’s The Ruins and Matthew Arnold’s Shadow People. I’m sure it’s nothing like either of those works, but there’s something that could be drawn from each of those.
A new poster for the film has just been revealed today, and it definitely depicts something evil and supernatural — the scariest kind.
Beacon Point stars Rachel Marie Lewis (House of Good and Evil), Jon Briddell (11/11/11, Midnight Movie), Eric Goins (Halloween II), Jason Burkey, and RJ Shearer. A release date has yet to be set.
