Heavy MTL 2013 has added two new bands to the lineup: Of Temples and Death Lullaby have both won their spot at Heavy MTL during the En Route To Heavy MTL 2013 presented by Galaxie competition. The battle of the bands showcased 20 of Quebec’s finest up-and-coming Heavy Metal acts and gave the two winning groups the chance to perform at Heavy MTL 2013 on the Galaxie stage.

Heavy Mania
For the first time ever, Heavy MTL will feature a live pro-wrestling event! Heavy Mania will showcase men and women of the Montreal independent wrestling scene throwing caution to the wind, putting their bodies on the line, and leaving their sanity at home in an epic event that will blow away fans at Heavy MTL.
Last week, during the Battle of the bands finale at the Virgin Mobile Corona Theatre, Heavy Mania headliners The Green Phantom and Sexxxy Eddy gave the crowd a small taste of what they can expect in August at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
