I will never forget Layne, not just a phenomenal singer, but an amazingly humble, gracious human being. I am glad I grew up in the time of great 90s music. I do have to say, Layne actually had an amazing sense of humor and it showed in many of his tongue in cheek lyrics. It may have all appeared dark and sad, but if you listen close there is always a nice amount of dark humor. He is missed greatly.

I wanted songs that I could kill myself to, not this pansy shit. None of it makes me want to kill myself, only makes me angrier and anger is what keeps me alive. Find better, more depressing songs. Anger keeps people from killing themselves and I fucking hate it. So how about you turn it into 20 when you find better, more-likely-to-help-someone-kill-themselves songs. Fucking 99 Red balloons is a better song than this bullshit.
