If you dislike Conor McGregor (16-2) because you have a problem with his larger-than-life personality, which caters more to the world of boxing or pro wrestling, you have to at least agree that he has changed the UFC featherweight division for the better. The 145-pound division is much more exciting to watch now that the Irishman is quickly rising up the ranks.
But his rise to fame in MMA started way before he made his UFC debut against Marcus Brimage in April 2013; McGregor competed in Cage of Truth and earned both the featherweight and lightweight title in Cage Warriors long before he annihilated three UFC fighters in the very first round by TKO.
