Saint Vitus 35th Anniversary Tour, Plays Born Too Late

saint vitus 35th anniversary tour

One of doom metals founding fathers, Saint Vitus, is celebrating its 1978 formation with a short run through mostly Western states this May. Along the way, Saint Vitus will be bringing their 1986 album, and first with Scott “Wino” Weinrich on vocals, Born Too Late, in its entirety to fans. Saint Vitus won’t be limiting their set to just that album, as the band will also play some other fan favorites.

The tour gets underway on May 8th, in Alburquerque, New Mexico, and wraps up on May 25th, in Dallas, Texas. Support will come from Portland stoner rock power trio Sons Of Huns. See below for the full list of dates.

Saint Vitus’ 35th Anniversary tour is sponsored by Scion AV, which will be giving away two pairs of tickets to every club show along the way via Twitter. See for details.
