Youth Forgotten is a new, kick-ass metal/hardcore band hailing from Cleveland, Ohio. On January 31st, they digitally released their debut full-length album, Ghost of a Fallen Empire, and made it available to stream in its entirety at You can now listen to it right here on Yell! Magazine, and you totally should because it is brutal.

Ghost of a Fallen Empire is only a digital release at the moment, but the plan is to make a physical format available soon.

Youth Forgotten combines the talents of former members of Dead Even, Salt The Wound, Above The Fire, Chimaira, and Integrity to deliver a powerful brand of hardcore and metal. On a cursory listen of Ghost of a Fallen Empire it’s pretty clear that these guys mean business and intend to make a statement in the scene. Lyrically, the album is said to address “lethargic, fad-driven acts that pollute the current scene.” With this album, Rob Arnold of Chimaira has made his official debut as producer.

Youth Forgotten is currently making plans for an upcoming tour. Stay locked on Yell! Magazine and we’ll bring you details as the roll in.
