[PIC] Yell This! Animated GIF Of Anderson Silva Breaking His Leg At UFC 168

Shit happens and it’s unfortunate for former UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva, who suffered a gruesome injury during a leg check by Chris Weidman in the second round at UFC 168.

Afterward, Silva was rushed to see the UFC’s orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Steven Sanders, who inserted an intramedullary rod into Silva’s left tibia and also stabilized his fibula last night. Apparently, no other surgery is required, but Silva will need between three and six months to fully recover from the injury.

Weidman won the fight by TKO, and now he moves on to face Vitor Belfort in 2014.
