Buckcherry Bring The Fight To The Cage In “Wrath”

Yup, we like cage fighting. And we also like the underground world of cage fighting represented in the new Buckcherry video for “Wrath.” There’s an inkling of a story in the video too, that of a fighter being borne from his abusive home. It’s kind of a sad story, actually. I know I’ve felt this kind of wrath before, and it’s not a pleasant feeling.

“Wrath” is the third music video from their current studio release Confessions, following up behind “Gluttony” and “Nothing Left but Tears.” “Wrath” was directed by Billy Jayne.

About the song, frontman Josh Todd said:

They say it’s the quiet ones you gotta look out for, you know why? Because they keep all their wrath inside. This is a fight song – fuck the system or the system fucks you!

Buckcherry are currently touring overseas in Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia through December 12. Check their tour dates on their official site. They celebrate the new year with a hometown show on January 17, 2014, at The Whisky A GoGo in West Hollywood, CA.
