Watch The “Sensory Deprivation Tank” Clip From A Cure for Wellness [VIDEO]

Being isolated in a sensory deprivation tank isn’t a pleasant moment in Gore Verbinski’s upcoming psychological thriller, A Cure for Wellness. Lockheart (Dane DeHaan) experiences it at first hand in a new clip released for the film. I have a strong feeling things are about to get worse. Or perhaps, it’s the first step to wellness?

An ambitious young executive is sent to retrieve his company’s CEO from an idyllic but mysterious “wellness center” at a remote location in the Swiss Alps. He soon suspects that the spa’s miraculous treatments are not what they seem. When he begins to unravel its terrifying secrets, his sanity is tested, as he finds himself diagnosed with the same curious illness that keeps all the guests here longing for the cure.

A Cure for Wellness was directed by Verbinski from a screenplay by Justin Haythe, and produced by Arnon Milchan, Verbinski, and David Crockett. The film also stars Dane DeHaan, Jason Isaacs, and Mia Goth.

It’s slated to hit theaters on February 17th, 2017 from 20th Century Fox.
