Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe was charged of manslaughter in March 2012. The case went on for months and Blythe had an extended stay in a Czech prison, and there were issues with the bail. As promised, the Prague State Attorney appealed the not guilty verdict. the Czech court recently re-evaluated and upheld the original ruling, which means Blythe is officially free.
Blythe informed fans via Instagram on June 5th:
“I have been found not guilty and acquitted of all charges against me. I am a free man. Please remember the family of Daniel Nosek in your thoughts and prayers in this difficult time. I only wish for them peace. Thank you for your support.”
