[PIC] Yell This! Poster Released For New Vampire Flick, “Only Lovers Left Alive”

Only Lovers Left Alive

Jim Jarmusch’s (Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai) new romantic vampire flick, Only Lovers Left Alive, is getting ready for a theatrical release in April, and Sony Pictures Classics is teasing the small release with a new poster design (pictured above). Just a quick thought here, is anyone getting a sense that this film is pretty much Twilight for grandparents? I’m exaggerating here, but let’s hope this doesn’t turn into another vampire trilogy, or something like that.

For those interested in watching this on the big screen, the release is very limited. Only a few theaters in New York and Los Angeles will be showing it, beginning on April 11th. That means most of us will have to catch Only Lovers Left Alive on Blu-ray or VOD at a later date. There’s no word yet on the street on when that will officially happen, but we’ll keep you guys in the loop.

In the meantime, you can also check out the latest trailer for the film right below.

About Only Lovers Left Alive

Set against the romantic desolation of Detroit and Tangiers, an underground musician, deeply depressed by the direction of human activities, reunites with his resilient and enigmatic lover. Their love story has already endured several centuries at least, but their debauched idyll is soon disrupted by her wild and uncontrollable younger sister.

Can these wise but fragile outsiders continue to survive as the modern world collapses around them?
