Georges St-Pierre Targeting Title Fight With Michael Bisping In November

It appear like the former UFC welterweight champion still wants a shot at Michael Bisping for the middleweight title.

After breaking plans for a superfight at this weekend’s UFC 213, Georges St-Pierre just issued another lucrative challenge to Bisping for November 4th via a text message, which included UFC President Dana White.’s Ariel Helwani initially broke the news on Thursday.

GSP wrote,

Michael, you should man up and fight me 11/4 in NY, I’m coming out of retirement to retire you. Dana [White], please make it happen.

Both fighters were booked to face each other in the main event of UFC 213, but due to an eye injury, GSP wasn’t able to return in the fall. The former champ has previously made it clear that he would be able to fight around November. However, the UFC now wants GPS to face the winner of the welterweight title bout between Tyron Woodley and Demian Maia.

As of Monday, Bisping gave GSP an ultimatum, to make a final decision before Saturday night or else he is moving on with another fighter.
